CGI VISUALISATION
Computer Generated Images are an intergral part of REA design process, from inception to completion the project is modelled within the computer. This allows virtual buildings to be produced and issued to the client. The client can now have complete understanding of the project. High Quality images and videos can be produced on most projects.Changes can be instigated very quickly and the office is fully BIM compliant.
One of the uniquie features of REA is that the 3d information is intergral part of the design process and as such is available at any time of the project. This allows for clear and precise information with minimal misunderstandings at the later stages.
INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES
We have the ablility to understand the clients style and work very closely with interior designers, furniture and kitchen suppliers. We can offer interior design services as either inhouse or provide these services via our external interior designers.
GREENBELT PLANNING
By their very nature greenbelt applications are complex and a full understanding of the limitations of the site with regards to planning policy is required. Alot of REA's projects are within the Greenbelt and AONB and as such we have the knowledge and expertise to deliver projects in these areas.
TOWN PLANNING
REA can offer independant town planning services which provide full range of planning advice and services.
PROJECT PROCUREMENT
" No Bucks No Building"
REA strongly believe in budgets and working with the client at the very onset of the project. The first email with the proposed fees will have an estimated project cost at the outset. This allows everybody to understand the project cost and timescales. We work closely with appropriate contractors for the project and often get independant costs on the project prior to the planning application.
We can not guarantee costs of projects but we advise as the project progresses.
Our services include tender documentation and evaluate the tender.
We offer contract preperatation and contract administration on projects, including certification, dispute resolution.
