The commission was to take a scheme the client had obtained planning permission for and complete the project to completion. The works involved the refurbishement of a six bedroom Edwardian semi detached property and the construction of a new single storey addition and associated basement. The basement has the cinema room, games room and a light well. Allowing natural light in the basment and an additional fire escape.
