New build residential dwelling.

There was an existing bungalow on the site, permission was granted in the 1950's to upgrade the bungalow this volume was used to allow the new build. The client built the dwelling themselves, the practice helped at critical stages to aid the client in the construction process.

The plan form was an "H" shape with bedrooms on each wing with a double height central space.

The building was orientated to look down the valley and maximise the views from the site.
