The client owns a bungalow in Green Belt. Were asked to design a replacement dwelling and working with a planning consultant, permission was granted to extend the bungalow, this is a replacement dwelling of the extended exsiting bungalow. We have produced a design that is smaller in volume, and area on what has been approved.
