The existing run down 3 bedroom cottage is located in the heart of the Kent countryside. The property is located in Green Belt, and we managed to meet the client's needs with a modern addition to the cottage via a transparent stairwell and link. 

The scheme is a 4 bedroom contempary living space with large open ground floor spaces. A vaulted ceiling is provided to the master bedroom with views over looking the Kent countryside.

The solution provides contemporay solution, whilst respecting the existing property.
