THE PRACTICE

REA was established over seven years ago, by Richard Elliott.  Prior to this Richard was  a director of a local Architectural practice for over seven years. Richard has developed the practice into a diverse studio and strongly believes in listening to the client.

He has over 30 years international and local experience in Architecture and has worked in and understands the building process from inception to completion.

All projects are modelled in 3d and REA issue the clients software to allow their designs to be interactively explored on smart phones or computers. This allows for a complete understanding by all parties on the proposals.

REA have a comprehensive understanding of the planning sytem and strongly believe in working with all stake holders in the building procurement process.

They do not believe in a a specific style but that each project requires it's own unique process and solution.

We offer a proffessional, relaxed and intuitive approach to architecture that allows us to deliver unique solutions to the clients needs.
